About the Role

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving growth, managing customer projects, and helping us maintain high standards of service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love collaborating with different teams, and have a knack for customer relationship management, you are the one we're looking for!


What You’ll Do:


  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing client relationships from project inception through to completion.
  • Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and drive project success.
  • Proactively manage client accounts, identifying new opportunities for growth and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, while communicating openly with clients.
  • Oversee the full sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring effective follow-up and communication with clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, whether by expanding existing accounts or identifying new client needs.
  • Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities by offering additional products and services that meet client demands and growth potential.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, keeping everything organized and using the data to improve customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM and ERP software (Salesforce, Odoo, etc.).
  • Friendly, proactive communication style— you enjoy making calls to clients to solve problems and are comfortable handling situations in real time.
  • Ability to build close, positive relationships with clients and be their go-to person for any need.
  • Courage to tackle challenges head-on, making sure things are done right and efficiently.

  • Experience in managing customer projects and growing client accounts.
  • Bonus: Experience in the textile industry is a strong plus.
